MARY'S OWN SLICE OF PARADISE When Mary (and her late John) bought this property back in 2001 it was becasue it offered close proximity to the beach, major shopping and other amenties. What they love about living here is being cool and shady in the summer, yet warm and sheltered on those sunny winter days. The extensive outside paving provides for low up keep and we created pergolas to maximise living outside in such a beautiful part of the bay. What else have we discovered here? Well if someone has children, this property is in the Tahatai zone and there are no major roads to cross if walking or bike riding to school. It's a great spot for scenic walks. Access to the green fields and waterways is merely one property away. We use this access when walking to the beach or down to the Plaza, in fact there is almost endless routes that can be taken".
